  • At RJ Fitness we have all the training equipment you need to achieve your goals. Training equipment including top of the range cardio, free weights, boxing, functional equipment, cable machine and more!

  • Enjoy the outdoors while you train, we provide the equipment and know-how for a great fun outdoor training session.

  • Download the RJ Fitness app on your phone so you can train at home, at a gym of your choice, away on your travels, at work, there is no limit!

  • Would you like to train at home. RJ Fitness will come to you! We can provide the equipment or we can use your own home gym.

  • Like many of our clients, you can mix how and where you train as you go. A hybrid approach allows you to train online, while having the odd training session at RJ Fitness or outdoors.

Gym-Based Cardio.

We have top of the range cardio equipment for you to increase your cardiovascular fitness.

 

Weight training.

Full selection on free weights including bars, bumper plates, cables, machines, and dumbbells (1kg-50kg).

Outdoor Training.

Enjoy the outdoors! Training outdoors is fun and effective!

 

Boxing.

Fully qualified Hatton Boxing Instructor with heavy bag, pads, gloves and shields. Boxing is great fun and a fantastic workout!

Running training session.

We can meet locally and practice your running performance, offering help with pacing and running technique.

 

Functional Training.

Medicine balls, battle ropes, power bags, kettlebells and more, to offer a different and enjoyable session.

Core training.

Strengthen and tone your abdominal, back and hip muscles.

 

The location.

  • The RJ Fitness Workshop.

    The eco-friendly RJ Fitness workshop has all the equipment you need to achieve your goals! Cardio, weights, cables, functional, boxing, core, resistance machines, and if it’s not got it - we’ll get it for you!

  • Outdoors.

    We train numerous clients outdoors in the local area. Usually local parks and breaches.

  • At Home.

    Have you got a home gym? We have numerous clients with home-gyms in the local area which we visit to provide personal training. Train in the comfort of your own home without need to travel.

  • Online.

    We have clients across the UK training with us via the RJ Fitness app. You can train at the gym, at home or outdoors while having a qualified exercise professional in your pocket!
