Here's just an overview of what to expect when you train with RJ Fitness.

  1. An in-depth health & fitness assessment

Before beginning your journey we take some baseline metrics and assess your health before starting your programme. This initial assessment provides safety during your training and helps to track your progress from the start.

2. A comprehensive consultation

We discuss what you’d like to achieve from training, the best way we can achieve those goals and devise a detailed plan. Whilst devising the plan we will look at your lifestyle, behaviours and any barriers to you. We have various methods in overcoming barriers to achieving your goals which we would discuss at this point.

3. Download the app for 24/7 support

You can download the app on iOS, android or even on your computer. The app has so many great features which will help you along your journey with RJ Fitness. We use the app to support you, provide you with your results, accountability, helpful guides, nutritional coaching, personal exercise programmes and more.

4. Begin your personalised training programme

Time to start your first training session. Your first session we generally start at a lower intensity and provides us time to assess your ability, training level and create a foundation to build upon.

5. The next few sessions where you progress, learn & achieve.

Now we have found your training level we start to progress your training towards your goals. We generally will increase the training intensity and volume while keeping the level safe yet effective. All your training data will be tracked and recorded, with intensity monitored throughout.

6. Reassessment and review

It’s time to reassess and review your training. By this stage you are progressing well towards your goal. We might be struggling in some areas which we will identify with the reassessment and it will give you an opportunity to change elements of your programme for the better.

7. The future

You may have achieved your goal now, the special occasion may have been, and you are feeling more confident and competent with training. You can use the experience with RJ Fitness and carry it forwards into your future on your own, or carry on training, or even the occasional check in to keep you on track for the long-term. Whatever you decide at this point, we hope you learned, achieved, and changed for the better.
