Nutrition is sometimes the part some clients struggle with when it comes to achieving their goals. At RJ Fitness we use the following methods

- Assess the clients goals

- Calculate their nutritional needs based on their pensonal goals and current figures

- Track their current diet using the RJ Fitness app

- Evaluate their diet, types of foods, calories and macronutrients

- Provide feedback either using example diet plans, or a few tweaks/recommendations to their current diet could make all the difference!

This service is included in any in-person or online personal training 🍏
